Great military scifi

Felt like I was reading a Hammered Spammers book. Really great series

No risk combat - at least for MC

This book is more fantasy than sci fi. Magic 3-d printers to fix what ails you and tech so cheap the newest recruits can afford life saving implants. The rest of the troops are too dumb and drunk to purchase these miracles but the MCs received advice from their military-hero-turned-gang-lord mentor. Oh, and don't you know evil CEOs that would rather suffer a 20-year famine than give a pay raise are the BBEG. I read it for free and still over paid.

Dark Dystopian war series

Another military novel series set in the future. Dark Dystopian war series, brothers in arms and dealing with the darkness within.
First book catches you and the two brothers are likable and realistic.
Right, enough of this and on to book two now.

Good hard scifi

Took me back to Steamship Troopers. And Hammers Slammers territory.
Characters are well defined and story never wanders from its path.
Will be reading more from this author.
